Architecture

This course is a two year Master of Architecture, with the initial intake commencing in 20-22. Learn to create, promote and manage sustainable built environments and develop advanced understanding in architectural structure and research, contextual studies, science and technology, and also professional practice. The class has a focus on renewable technologies and also the application of innovative electronic design tools to deal with sustainability. The four design studio units form the basis of this class and also emphasise authentic learning by doing, collaborative ways to knowledge construction, and also project-based approaches to learning. This course is the qualified degree required, in addition to the requisite post-graduate labour experience, for enrollment as an architect.

• Bachelor of Design (Architecture) having a GPA of 4.5 or greater
• or Bachelor of Design (Architecture) and half a year relevant specialist experience
• or Bachelor of Layout - International (Architecture) having a GPA of 4.5 or greater
• Or Bachelor of Layout - International (Architecture) and half a year relevant specialist experience
• or perhaps a recognised 3-year (or more) training program in architecture that contributes to a Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA) accredited course, with a GPA of 4.5 (or equivalent)
• or perhaps a recognised 3-year (or more) training program in architecture that contributes to a Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA) accredited course and 6 months relevant professional experience
• or a recognised 3-year (or more) Bachelor program in architecture (international programs)along with a GPA of 4.5 (or equivalent), with an approved portfolio of'design' work.
