This program delivers an extensive theoretical and historical comprehension of the discourses on, and practice of, and art in public space, and provides training in dealing with the practical and theoretical problems due to the situation of art in public space also analyzes current definitions of real and virtual people space. It addresses issues of art in public space which are an important quality of modern international cultural debate, also examines topics such as: distances which enable art to be an active interpretation, as opposed to decoration, of the town; the place of contemporary art beyond the White Cube as an active player within the public sphere; how art can arrange the spaces of the contemporary public sphere such as the Internet; the way contemporary art can break from the centralised space of their urban facilities and energise rural or suburban space; that should specify policies for people civilization; and whether it's beyond the area of contemporary art to translate the historical, economical and social construction of space.
