Supporters of the Master of Asian Studies is going to have the ability to show comprehensive awareness of the historical, cultural and political landscapes that shape and inform contemporary Asia. They will acquire the skills to apply this knowledge in their private and professional engagements with the spot. This class offers several specialisation possibilities to facilitate career development and professional opportunities in education, government, industry and the NGO sector, in addition to being popular with international organisations. Students already established in Asia or that have significant Asia expertise can expand their knowledge base by combining their degree with a specialisation in International Relations or Business in UWA. This class could be taken as a coursework master or by coursework and dissertation.

- or even a Graduate Certificate in Asian Studies or Graduate degree in Asian Studies, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA
