The Accreditation Certificate in Australian Law was made allowing professionally qualified attorneys from common law jurisdictions outside Australia to meet the academic requirements for admission as legal counsel of the Supreme Court of NSW. The course permits attorneys from common law authorities to fulfill with the academic requirements to practise in Australia. • Applicants must have completed a UTS approved bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or filed additional evidence of general and professional qualifications which demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants' bachelor's degree in law must be from outside Australia or else they must be admitted to practise as a legal practitioner at a frequent law jurisdiction outside Australia. The English proficiency requirement of global students or community applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0

• Or PTE: 58-64
• Or CAE: 176-184. Well-qualified knowledge of the frequent law legal procedure is supposed knowledge.
