This qualification reflects the use of Ayurvedic professionals who have well developed communication and cognitive abilities plus specialised knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine that allows them to formulate responses to specific therapeutic needs. Practitioners at this level may be self explanatory as independent practitioners or work in a bigger health service. To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed 400 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Prerequisites of units of competency.No certification, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to the qualification at that time of publication.
