During this course, students will be assessed on two stages through a series of modules that will be taught to them through lectures:
1. Hospitality management
2. Tourism management
3. Nutrition
4. Culinary
5. E-Marketing
6. Events management
7. Strategies management
8. Hospitality Management
9. Clinical Management
10. Hotel Management
Students will be taught in traditional lectures, in which there will be guided readings that will give students a broader understanding of the industry.
Students are assessed based upon their coursework, reports and presentations depends on the study level

Previous study: Associate Bachelor or equivalent
