Requirements for Bioengineering Programme at University of Genoa
The Bioengineering programme at University of Genoa is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful professionals in the field of bioengineering. In order to be accepted into the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- A minimum of two years of college-level coursework in mathematics, physics, and chemistry
- A minimum of two years of college-level coursework in biology, biochemistry, and/or engineering
- A minimum of two years of college-level coursework in computer science
- A minimum of two years of college-level coursework in engineering design and/or engineering analysis
- A minimum of two years of college-level coursework in engineering management and/or engineering economics
- A minimum of two years of college-level coursework in engineering ethics and/or engineering law
- A minimum of two years of college-level coursework in engineering communication and/or engineering leadership
In addition to the above requirements, applicants must also submit a personal statement, letters of recommendation, and official transcripts. All applicants must also pass an entrance exam.
