This 12 months part time Graduate Certificate program aims to provide students with the understanding and basic skills to develop, assess and assess building solutions for built environment. The class empowers students to comprehend principles, planning and development control, sustainability along with different fundamental problems regarding basic fire engineering and technology which can be related to building surveying practice. This class covers the translation construction laws, building regulations and associated Australian Standards about the built surroundings for caked buildings. Satisfactory completion of this class builds a pathway to advanced eligibility in the Graduate Diploma level.
Undergraduate Level or higher, or a Degree in any discipline plus 4 years FTE professional work experience in Technology, Construction, Construction surveying, construction, planning, bushfire protection or architecture
