  • UTS recognised bachelor level, or equivalent, in a credit level, in a number of the following disciplines: architecture and construction, technology, management and trade, law, economics and econometrics, planning
  • Or a completed UTS Graduate Diploma in Property Development at credit degree. The English proficiency requirement for international students or community applicants with international credentials is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
  • Or TOEFL: paper established: 550-583 complete with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 complete with a writing score of 21
