This program provides participants with the chance to better their knowledge, skills and comprehension of strategic management to enhance their career opportunities in the middle and upper management degrees.

• Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate degree in a company or related field
• OR Successful completion of a recognised non small business award (doctorate degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma) geared toward providing the student with professional skills that include a systematic exposure to areas like industrial relations, human resource administration, project administration, financial management, marketing, economics, and e mail or strategic direction plus no less than 6 weeks employment experience
• OR Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate degree in an unrelated area plus a minimum of two years full time occupation experience in a managerial function.
