Business Administration — Human Resource Management

The primary objective of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the University of New Brunswick in Saint John (UNBSJ) is to provide students with an intellectual and social environment in which they can discover and develop their potential for effective management. The program places a strong emphasis on the development of problem-solving skills and adaptability to help students manage the challenges presented by a rapidly changing world. The major in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Business allows Bachelor of Business Administration students to develop a specific area of expertise within the general business administration program. The Faculty of Business has designed the major in Human Resource Management to educate students for human resources professional positions in both private and public sector organizations.
