Students of the Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) will: Enhance theory and practice in human resource management and also articulate the consequences of recent improvements within the field; critically evaluate a range of core business skills to locate answers to prospective job challenges at the legal, economic and international business environments; Assessing and apply a range of contemporary approaches to firm creation and organisational shift; develop connection with specialist management in organisations and work, demonstrating creativity and initiative into fresh situations; apply a range of ethical, socially responsible and sustainable solutions within a changing business environment; reflect upon degrees of private liberty and accountability related to the decisionmaking process; ascertain and appraise a range of research frameworks and skills within human resource management; and also develop and use the competencies and behaviors in line with professional certification in human resource management.
Entry to this course relies on an entrance rank. A rank can be achieved by means of a year 1-2 ATAR, additional Australian eligibility, work experience, or an international qualification.
