Business - Human Resource Management

This program is targeted on meeting the demand for visitors to be used, trained and managed in ways that support organisational objectives. Students major in human resource administration, whereas gaining base knowledge in key regions of business. Initially, matters involve economics, management, bookkeeping, marketing, and informatics. In second and third season, specialised big issues include managing recruiting, workplace relations, staffing and remuneration, training and development, industrial and employment law, leadership and team dynamics, and managing organisational change.
