Prepare yourself for a career in business
USQ’s Bachelor of Business is designed to equip you with the knowledge required for your career in business, while also developing the skills essential to thrive in a dynamic and increasingly technology-driven work environment. The degree effectively combines theoretical study with practical applications and experience, culminating in the opportunity in your final year to complete a course in Work Integrated Learning where you’ll work with an organisation to complete a project.
In addition to your chosen specialisation of Administrative Management, you can choose to study another area in-depth with a second major, or broaden your knowledge with a combination of minors and electives. These can be chosen from a wide range of business and commerce-related courses.
Why Administrative Management?
The importance of the administrative function of an organisation should not be underestimated. Through this specialisation you will develop management techniques that will help you to lead and direct your team to success and attain the goals of your organisation. Your skills and knowledge in administration will equip you to ensure the ethical practice and business sustainability of a multitude of organisations and prepare you for work in any business environment, including the virtual office environment.
