This program aims to present students with an advanced and practical comprehension of Chinese small business laws along with their relevant social, cultural and economical contexts. This program is formed by two (or three) intensive instruction periods with each period not exceeding two weeks. Part of the course will be educated in China to give students real access into the China experience. Hence, the course might not be educated in ordinary semesters and could transcend a typical six-month shipping period.
