Dissertation/report

All MSc students undertake an independent research project which culminates in a substantial report and an oral presentation.

Teaching and learning

Assessment is by two essay journal papers of up to 3,000 words each, two commentary papers of up to 1,500 words each and four 90-minute unseen examinations, and the dissertation examined by viva-voce.

A minimum of an upper second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas equivalent. Applicants are required to be qualified clinical or educational psychologists or educational psychologists as recognised by the Health and Care Professsions Council.
