This qualification reflects the role of commercial cooks who have a team leading role from the kitchen. They operate independently or together with minimal guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.This eligibility provides a path to work in businesses such as restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, bars, cafes and coffee shops, or to run a little company in those sectors.Possible occupation titles include:chefchef p partie.No occupational licensing, and certification or specific legislative requirements affect this eligibility during the time of book.
