This qualification reflects the part of commercial cooks who have a supervisory or team leading role in kitchen. They operate independently or with minimal guidance from others and utilize discretion to solve non-routine problems.This eligibility provides a pathway to perform in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, bars, cafes and coffee shops, or even to run your little business in those sectors.Possible job titles contain:chefchef de partie.No occupational licensing, and certification or special legislative requirements connect with this eligibility at time of book.
