Community Services

This qualification reflects the role of community service workers who look and deliver person-centred services to groups or individuals. Workers might provide support, advocacy or interventions to specific customers, communities or groups across a variety of services. At this degree, workers could be autonomous using limited responsibility within established parameters and may be required to supervise and lead different workers in projects or teams. Work may occur in a range of community support, case work or case management contexts.No certification, legislative, regulatory or certification conditions affect the qualification during time of book.
