Graduates have knowledge and skills in general computer science, as well as technical knowledge and skills in the field of computer information systems. They are well familiar with the design principles of modern computers, peripheries, operating systems, computer networks and databases. They have computer programming skills and understand the principles of software engineering, which allows them to be efficient members of software development teams. They also have basic knowledge on artificial intelligence, computer graphics and man-machine interface. They are able to use their knowledge and skills in their work while complying with both legal and ethical principles. The graduates are prepared to work in IT companies involved in designing, deploying or maintaining IT tools and systems, as well as in other companies or organisations that make use of such systems. They are prepared to begin 2nd degree studies.
