Culinary Management

This class has been designed to equip you with a holistic understanding of the fastpaced industry and the technical abilities needed to own your own restaurant. You will discover how to coordinate the day-to-day activities of this restaurant while also being responsible for your own tactical planning, marketing and development of the company. You will graduate developing your own style of cooking out of personal experiences and time spent on the industry.

Domestic students: To be qualified for admissions you must meet one of the entry requirements below: Year 12 certification (or equivalent)OR Successful completion of a Higher Education qualification.OR Successful conclusion of a Vocational qualification (AQF Level 4), or above. OR Work and Life Experience Entry.
