Data Analytics

The Experts of information Analytics prepares students for a future-focused livelihood in the fastpaced, ever-changing universe of data analytics. With a collaborative curriculum across disciplines students will not simply learn concepts and methods, but also apply that knowledge to predict, forecast, visualise and make conclusions in a range of applied areas. Students will have the opportunity to study specialist units in advanced statistical data analysisand data mining techniques and applicationsand data manipulation, analytics for information professionals and advanced level re modelling.

You must have a completed recognised bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum grade point average of 4.0 (on QUT 7 point scale). Or even a completed recognised three year full time Bachelor degree in Information Technology with a grade point average of 4.0 or higher (on QUT 7 point scale) or even a completed recognised three year full time Bachelor degree in Math with a grade point average of 4.0 or higher (on QUT 7 point scale).
