Design (Visual Communication)

This class enables pupils to work like a visual communication designer around new and traditional interactive media variants. Students will produce both practical and theoretical skills in various visual communication design specialisations including graphic design, typography, image manufacturing, information design, experience design, motion design, branding and interaction style. They'll build expertise in professional studio settings with a focus on both the contemporary and emerging design techniques, through real world design endeavors, a civilization of design for public exhibition, ongoing industry engagement, and also a strong foundation of creative experimentation and innovative conceptual believing. They'll develop skills in creative problem solving, critical thinking, technical proficiencies and professional practice which may ensure they are able to give rise to the area of visual communication in innovative and environmentally responsible manners.
