The Guru of Dispute Resolution gives a heart focus on ensuring a strong learner knowledge of the Australian and global dispute resolution framework and techniques used in the dispute resolution procedure. Students are required to complete 8 courses (80 units) which they could Select from our listing of cutting-edge courses including: Advocacy Skills; Advanced Legal Research Project; Commercial Dispute Resolution; International Arbitration; Expert Evidence; Advanced Communication Skills; Mediation Skills and Theory; Conciliation; Dispute-resolution; Negotiation in a Legal Context.
- Entry to the Master of Dispute Resolution Program (80 components ) is likely to be designed for applicants who have:an AQF Level 8 Honours Bachelor Degree in a professional area (e.g., lawand education, social science, and psychology, science, engineering, architectureand medicine, legal documents, company, trade or human resources and management)
- Or A AQF Level 8 Graduate Certificate or Graduate degree in a pro discipline (e.g.law, education, social science, psychology, engineering, legal documents, company, trade or human resources and management)
- Or A AQF Level 7 Bachelor Degree in a professional discipline (e.g.law, education, social science, social psychology, engineering, legal documents, company, trade or human resources and management), and at the very least 12 months relevant work experience
- Or A AQF Level 7 Bachelor Degree not in a related discipline, and at least 2 decades of relevant work experience
- Or Attained and held National Mediator Accreditation in Australia for an interval of at least 3 decades, or so are an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
- Or five decades of work experience, which 2 yrs should've been in a consultancy or management standing dealing predominantly with complaints direction or dispute resolution.
