The Earth Sciences program at École normale supérieure de Lyon offers a comprehensive and rigorous education designed to prepare students for advanced careers in geology, geophysics, environmental sciences, and related fields. Course: partly in English / Tutorials and exams: 100% in English (on request)
-  General 1 st  semester covering the various aspects of Earth Sciences
-  2 nd , 3 rd  semesters of specialization with a large range of options  
and a research internships in France or abroad
- 4 th  semester: a 6-month research internship in France or abroad

Selection based on cv  and academic record:

•  Examination of the student’s academic record by a recruitment commission
•  Selection criteria: quality of the candidate’s academic profile, motivation and personal project in line with the program content

Level of French required: B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages classification)
Level of English required: A2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages classification)
