Mobility integrated - third and fourth semesters (IInd year) are carried out in Wroclaw.
Career opportunities. The specialist of sustainable business economics will be able to advise private companies and government management institutions, which care about harmonization of environment, economic and social development. These professionals will be able to work in investment management companies, financial institutions, small and medium-sized businesses as the heads of the department (economic, finance, pricing, investment), to work as the experts in the particular sustainable business areas (finance, budgeting, investment, etc.) as well as to develop international business, analyze and assess its business environment.

Course Content
The purpose of Sustainable Business Economics Study Programme is todevelop high-skilled business economics specialists having fundamental economics knowledge and understanding the principles of sustainable business, being able to apply acquired knowledge related with sustainable business organizing, economic analysis and planning, risk management and efficient activity realization in practice.
While realizing the main purpose of the programme the following goals were formulated:
- To develop an educated, world-wide, socially responsible personality that is able to convey the professional information to specialists and society;
- To provide with the fundamental and modern economic knowledge necessary to understand the evolution of economic theories, laws and possibilities to apply them;
- To provide with knowledge that founds the peculiarities of sustainable business organizing and functioning necessary to identify and solve the problems of complex and specific professional activity;
- To provide with knowledge related to the regulated documents and institutions of the socially responsible business individual;
- To develop capacity to apply the advanced economic, mathematical, statistical methods employing modern information technologies;
- To develop capacity to collect, analyze and assess the data of sustainable business activity in order to argue the decision-making when realizing the initiatives of environment and social justice and ensuring successful business development at regional, national and international level;
- To develop entrepreneurship skills, initiative to search the new ideas for sustainable business, business development, preparation and implementation of environmental projects;
- To develop the social responsibility of future specialists and their capacity to solve the problems of irresponsible business activity;
- To develop independent learning skills and the need for lifelong learning and permanently participate in the professional qualification courses.
The results of Sustainable Business Economics study programme.An individual acquired bachelor`s background in Sustainable Business Economics will be able:
To know and understand the complexity of social environment, the problems of human secularity and sociability.
To know the special professional terminology and to communicate in oral and written constructively discussing and working in a team in professional environment and system.
To know and perceive the essential forms of sustainable business organization and aspects of functioning, to understand and critically assess corporate behaviour realizing the social, economic and environmental initiatives.
To know and understand the principles of sustainable business finance, accounting, socially responsible investment and to analyze and critically assess the financial options of sustainable business company by choosing financial investment instruments and preparing investment projects.
To identify and analyze economical problems of sustainable business sector related to sustainable production and consumption, efficient usage of human resources, planning and maintenance of environmental resources, sustainable business service, marketing and national and international trade trend research, consulting and decision-making.
To understand the main opportunities and limitations of the use of economical, mathematical and statistical methods; to collect, structure, process and represent the data of sustainable business activities professionally applying the proper methods and informational technologies.
To follow and manage the sustainable business law norms at regional, national and international level.
To know and understand the renewable ecological resources, capabilities of their sustainable use and to work in innovative way independently as well as in a group making economically-based decisions to realize the initiatives of environment and social justice.
To independently develop the economically-based sustainable business ideas and/or investment projects, to assess their cost and benefit proportion applying their formation, design and assessment methods.
To apply the obtained knowledge in establishing, developing and reorganizing a sustainable business company at regional, national and international level.
To know and realize the interests of society, to take responsibility for the activities with clients, business partners, suppliers, employees, stock holders and community.
To perceive the need for learning and to develop the professional competence during all life in order to compete in the labour environment, to conform to the new, constantly changing business conditions at regional, national and international level.

Requirements
International Students must have at least a secondary education diploma or equivalent certificate recognised by the Lithuanian Government. Students lacking this can be accepted if they have a proof of the successful completion of at least one year of studies at a higher education institution in any country (legalised documents).
