Education (Research)

This system offers post graduate research supervision on the smaller scale than the PhD, while being a walkway to the PhD. It succeeds in the submission of a thesis which demonstrates the ability for critical analysis and original research.

• Completion of a relevant AQF degree 8 honours degree (Class I or II)
• or even a postgraduate qualification in research methods which includes 0.5 semester supervised research using a minimum credit grade (65%) (or equivalent) and one research methods subject
• Or a mixture of qualifications and research comparable to the aforementioned.
