Year 7 to Year 12
Are you looking for a degree that gives you flexibility, industry engagement, professional development and, most importantly, a lot of confidence? USQ’s Bachelor of Education (Secondary) is designed to produce graduates who are 100% prepared to teach students in Years 7 to 12.
Your degree will prepare you to teach two secondary subjects. There are over 30 different study areas offered from which you can choose. Having two major teaching areas makes you a flexible and desirable educator in the Secondary school environment.
Offered online, on-campus or a combination of both, the Bachelor of Education (Secondary) offers flexibility to fit your study in and around other life commitments such as work, family and children.
A key feature of the degree is the opportunity to complete your 100 days of professional experience at any Queensland school or a variety of locations including rural placements and with students who study via the School of Distance Education. Completing your professional experience overseas is also an option.
