Education (Tertiary Education)

The purpose of this program will be to give participants with contemporary learning and teaching practices to match the business or research experience they contribute to the higher education setting. The intended learning outcomes of the GCETT are styled within the seven (7) criteria of this Australian University Teaching Criteria and Standards Framework. The program computes that participants work over a range of education businesses and participate with students from a variety of age groups and demographics, including low socio-economic. Thus, class content and structure has sufficient flexibility to enable customisation to various cohorts of participants so as to deal with their particular teaching contexts. Participants will be invited and supported to make sure that their learning relates directly for their workplace and aspects of speciality. The design of this application has been directed by the requirements of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and is very appropriate to participants entering to the higher education teaching.

The tertiary sector of education is increasingly recognising the importance of strengthening the high quality of its own instruction. This plan is recognised as a tertiary/higher education teaching qualification and highly desired if now working, or attempting to perform inthe higher education industry.

Entry requirements (non qualified 12) Domestic Partner Provider staff and additional domestic applicants To qualify to enrol in this application, you have to have completed a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent experience, and rather be working towards or in a teaching capacity at a tertiary education institution.
