This system enables students to hone their knowledge of latest theory and research which educates educational leadership practice. Even the UNSW leadership classes for teachers can instil fundamentals which students may employ to their own professional leadership circumstance. Students are invited to talk about their own experience and research so that you can better understand and develop their own leadership roles. A wide assortment of electives are being offered, allowing students to tailor this application to suit individual educational leadership interests and aspirations. Situated at the office of Educational Leadership at the School of Education, these programs are taught by professors and mature educational professionals who are authorities in the field.

A recognised Bachelor degree and a postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma of Education or Master of Teaching). Or perhaps a 4 year pre-service teacher education eligibility, including professional experience, comparable to the qualifications required for schooling teacher status in NSW.
