Offers a high quality and broad-based policy of multi disciplinary engineering. In today's technology environment, largescale technology projects are increasingly inclined to be of a highly multi disciplinary temperament, needing engineers in diverse backgrounds in order to work effectively as a team to provide positive results. Such environments, a broader understanding of technology, beyond a special field of specialisation, is highly desired and advantageous.Developing such breadth in four-year engineering courses is a struggle as it simplifies the amount of specialist knowledge that's also required by a graduate engineer. Successful conclusion with this three-year program guarantees entry to ECU's Master of Engineering class, providing the opportunity to come up with a chosen discipline specialisation building on this strong multi-disciplinary knowledge base.

University entry requirements apply. All applicants are required to have Mathematics: Methods ATAR, with equivalents believed, and Profession ATAR or Engineering Studies ATAR, with equivalents considered. It's desirable that candidates have Mathematics: Specialist ATAR, with equivalents considered.
