Research interests in the environmental technology field include: land degradation; mine rehab; environmental policy and planning; traffic calming; composting; waste auditing, management and minimisation; water resource technology; wastewater-treatment; ground water resource management; hydrodynamics, eutrophication of waterways, fate and transport of contamination in freshwater and coastal wetlands.
