This qualification reflects the use of those who use a selection of well-developed events administration or operational abilities and knowledge to successfully complete event-related work activities. Applying discretion and decision making, they work with some independence under the guidance of senior event employees, using plans, policies and procedures to guide labour activities.Events are diverse in nature which qualification offers a path to benefit event or exhibition organisations operating in a range of industries such as the tourism and travel, hospitality, sport, cultural and community sectors.The diversity of companies includes event or exhibition management firms, event places, or even organisations that perform their own events.
