The programme has been designed within the context of increasing pressures on organisation to adapt to continuously changing environments. To deal with these demands of adaptability, organisations require individuals who understand change mechanisms and are able to draw out the potential of internal and external stakeholders to drive change forward. This programme offers the opportunity to reflect on and develop an understanding of different approaches to managing organisational change.
The programme integrates wide ranging and leading edge approaches to understanding and managing change processes at multiple levels within organisations including organisation development, appreciative inquiry, strategic planning and facilitation models. The role of facilitating effective cultural change through the people in an organisation forms the focus of this programme. The programme is designed to address your realities and the models, theories and concepts, which if understood and utilised appropriately, can enhance your ability to effectively manage change in organisations.
Career destinations: As the programme is designed for in-company managers the process is usually one of career acceleration and extension into wider, more senior roles
This is a part-time programme which can be taken over a period of three years. Each year can be taken as an independent academic qualification with Year 1 leading to a Postgraduate Certificate, Year 2 to a Postgraduate Diploma,
and Year 3 (the dissertation), to an MSc.
Each year consists of a number of core modules that will equip you with the necessary skills.

Dissertation
Students who wish to complete the programme to Masters level will have the opportunity to engage in an extended project that can take the form of a traditional dissertation or a work-related project.
Assessment
A range of assessment methods are used throughout the programme, including essays, presentations, and exams.
