This one-year Masters is for ambitious individuals seeking a career in finance. It features established models and techniques of financial analysis, which will be applied to various financial issues, products and international markets.

Graduates from this course can progress into a wide range of finance-related areas such as central banking, investment banking, pensions analysis, unit and investment trust management, corporate finance and international finance. Typical roles may include financial analyst, financial manager, personal financial adviser, financial examiner or other professional financial roles in the private and public sectors. Graduates can also pursue academic research in the UK or further afield.

As part of the course, careers advisers will run a series of workshops, where students can identify methods and strategies to enable them to effectively pursue their career goals. The focus will be on developing your skills and occupational awareness, and workshops will focus on both home and international students.

We are able to offer a number of competitive scholarships to both home / EU and international students through our Full-time Masters Scholarship Scheme. Our scholarships can cover up to half your tuition fees, and apply to all our full-time MSc courses starting in September and January.
Please note that these scholarships are only available to students who have been offered a place to study on their chosen master's course within the School.
