Learn how to build a sustainable livelihood across picture, tv, screen, emerging networking industries, and stage through this training class. Receive extensive training in voice, speech output, physical expressivity, character, acting methods, script analysis, local and worldwide film and tv industries and theater. Students will have the chance to find out creative direction, directing and scriptwriting to build up the relevant skills required to excel within an industry where entrepreneurial production across a diverse array of newly emergent media environments is an increasingly prominent part of celebrities' livelihood pathways. Learn in state of the art facilities for example sprung floor dance studios, light filled play studios and all purpose blackbox studios. Working on the Creative Industries precinct, students will have access to tv studios, music and voice recording studios, and also a range of diverse performance spaces. The last year introduces opportunities to work with collaborative projects, displaying and developing real life skills in working together with other creative professionals and showcasing such skills to the point, screen, and emerging networking firms.
- Year 12 or equivalent
- Assumed knowledge: English, or Literature, or English and Literature, or English as an Additional Language (Units 3 & 4, C)
