They know skills used in social networking, gain business and leadership expertise, and comprehension of how the entertainment industry works. The program also provides a powerful foundation in contemporary law knowledge and transferable skills like critical analysis, problem solving and research which may equip students for their livelihood. Students can choose electives that align with their pursuits and will acquire hands-on and practical experience. They benefit from meaningful connections with highprofile industry companies and classes using leading and internationally renowned law experts. They're also able to pursue work experience through industry internships and worldwide exchanges. This level combination lends itself to legal careers in the film and entertainment industry such as media attorneys involved in copyright disputes, and discussion of licences and gift arrangements. Otherwise, law can enhance skills as a film producer to draft contracts, and develop and manage prices.

Graduates satisfy the academic requirements for admission as a solicitor and/or barrister in all Australian states and territories. It is also known for entry purposes in West and East Malaysia, India, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
