This two year part time schedule intends to provide professionals with the special abilities and knowledge to develop, assess and assess fire protection technology solutions to get built environment. It covers fire safety science and engineering fundamentals. It is related to professionals developing alternative solutions employing the fire engineering principles to meet with the objectives and performance requirements of construction regulations. Even though most components do not need mandatory attendance to instruction, you will find a few exceptions where presence and demonstrations are demanded.
Undergraduate degree or more, in engineering, construction, structure, construction surveying, bush fire protection, structure or physical sciences or even a Diploma or higher in engineering, construction, structure, construction surveying, bush fire protection, structure or physical sciences plus 4ys FTE voluntary or professional work experience in the relevant fields in the construction industry, town or state fire services.
