They work independently using some level of independence in a controlled environment like leisure, fitness, aquatic and community centers where risks are handled through preexisting danger assessment and hazard control processes.Individuals who specialise in Aqua Exercise Instruction provide high-intensity physical workout sessions designed for involvement by a group of clients. They also have the relevant skills to rescue a client in distress, and an suitable degree of pool fitness and endurance.Individuals who specialise in Group Exercise Instruction deliver exercise sessions made for involvement by a group of clients with a variety of ages/fitness degrees. Sessions may be free style, pre-choreographed or circuit style. These individuals instruct and establish absolute physical workout sessions to groups with limited individual interaction. Individuals who specialise in Pilates Education provide individually tailored client evaluations, provide procedure correction as needed, and also develop and establish programs.
