The Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) educates you concerning the business of game, including game systemsand finance, marketing, law and management. You may graduate career-ready with confidence, benefitting from a minimum of 320 hours of fieldwork that provides you the competitive advantage you need to be successful. Learning from teachers that are active in the market means that your class room becomes a hub of the most recent ideas, techniques and approaches. As well as classroom-based training, you may tackle no less than 220 hours of fieldwork experience in real world settings throughout the Exercise Programming and Exercise and Sports Practicum units, also 100 or even more hours having a number sporting organisation in the Sport Management Practicum unit.

Xercise and sports-science Australia (ESSA) All students are eligible to apply for accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as a Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES). Please consult with ESSA page to find out more. Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science students who've been granted Recognition for Prior Learning for study below Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level-7 (e.g. non-university study undertaken by TAFE, Deakin College or within overseas credentials that are not comparable to an Australian Bachelor level (i.e. AQF-7) might well not be eligible for immediate accreditation with ESSA. This does not mean that ESSA accreditation isn't available to you. What this means is that to apply to become an AES you will need to do so through the non-ESSA Accredited Course application path. For D394 graduates who have NOT received any Recognition for Prior Learning from study performed below AQF-7 (e.g. non-university study performed by TAFE, Deakin College or within overseas credentials that are not comparable to an Australian Bachelor degree (i.e. AQF-7), please consult with the ESSA Accredited Course advice application process.

Entry will be based on performance in Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English EAL (English as an additional language) or at the very least 25 in English apart from EAL or equivalent.
