This eligibility targets those working in technical and supervisory roles covering product development, food safety and quality, food production and supply, environmental functions, and the monitoring and maintenance of food processing processes. The occupation roles require specialist technical skills and knowledge in food technology and science to finish regular and non-routine activities and functions, and workers have responsibility for their own roles and outputs, together with restricted responsibility for the outcome of others.This eligibility offers an optional specialisation in Food Safety Auditing. Users interested in this program must reference relevant state, territory and Commonwealth food safety legislation and the National Regulatory Food Safety Auditor guide line and Policy for details of auditing requirements in low, medium and insecure settings, and to know that the food security auditing work context.Legislative and regulatory requirements apply to food safety and therefore are enforced through state/territory jurisdictions.
