This class presents the core capabilities and processes needed to analyse and process location-based data and remotely sensed imagery collected throughout time and space. Students are subjected to the principles and applications of geographic information systems and remote sensing with an emphasis in their practical usage to your range of different disciplines including environment, agriculture, mining, defence and urban planning. It assumes little to no prior knowledge within the field and is suitable for? up-skillers? Seeking the capability to catch, process, and add meaning to location-based data. This course can be found on-campus and from distance education (via internet instruction ) to Australian and International students.
