Health Leadership and Management

This class explores leadership and management with special honor tot health. Students engage with internet and face to face content and explore realworld problems specifically related to both leaders and managers in health. This course is targeted at students with an undergraduate degree in professors or health working in the health sector in leadership positions. It'll improve the skills and abilities of the learner through self-reflections, communicating exercises, class work and face to face intensive content. The course gives tangible benefits with students obtaining working experience and theoretical understanding of leadership, resource management, HR problems and managing strategy and change.

Undergraduate degree in a health discipline and/or undergraduate degree and currently employed in the sector.
