This program has been designed to offer students with the important knowledge, attributes and skills required for senior managerial roles in healthcare delivery.
Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM)
- Applicants are required to have : A undergraduate degree in an area applicable to public health or health management (see list below)
- And two years full time volunteer or professional experience. This could also incorporate equivalent professional experience acquired as a member of a level of more years interval (e.g. MBBS, MD)
- or an under graduate degree and an honours or postgraduate level in a field applicable to public health or health management (see list below)
- [these include, but are not restricted to, medicine, nursing, allied health, health sciences, biomedical sciences, dentistry, social work, sociology, behavioural and social sciences, social work, psychology, marketing, individual services, emergency services, environmental health, veterinary science, health administration, business, management, engineering, science, law, mathematics and statistics, economics, health policy studies and development studies]. Applications will be assessed in compliance with the UNSW Recognition.
