Our Bachelor of Arts (Honours) (English Literature) degree will extend your skills and knowledge in English literature and develop your capacity for specialised study, research and scholarship at a higher academic level.

Focusing on critical and cultural theory, classical literature and film, this degree will allow you to explore the nature and operation of cultural institutions, and the cultural production of meaning. You will examine both the great texts and innovative and contemporary works of poetry, prose, drama, film, new media and critical essays while enhancing your skills in analysis, critical thinking and developing communication skills
