This qualification reflects the function of skilled operators who use a wide array of hospitality support, sales or operational skills along with supervisory skills and sound knowledge of industry operations to plan, track and assess the work of downline. They operate independently or with minimal guidance from others, and use discretion to address non-routine problems.This qualification provides a pathway to work as a manager in hospitality organisations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, caf\u00e9s, along with coffee shops. This qualification permits multiskilling and for specialisation in accommodation services, food and drink, and gaming.Possible job titles include things like:pub team or supervisor leaderconciergeduty managerfood and drink manager or team leaderfront office manager or team leaderhousekeeping manager or team leadergaming manager or team leadershift manager.No occupational licensing, certificate or special legislative requirements apply to the qualification during that time of publication.
