This system provides graduates with management expertise that's constructed on a core group of technical abilities. It is developed in combination with the world-renowned Cesar Ritz colleges in Switzerland. Alongside business and management subjects, pupils will examine specialised hospitality subjects that comprise: Introduction to Hospitality, Hospitality Food and Beverage Operations, Rooms Division Management, Globalisation from the Hospitality Industry, Hotel Management Simulation, and Bar and Beverage Management.
