This qualification reflects the use of people that have a selection of well-developed hospitality assistance, operational or sales skills and solid knowledge of industry surgeries. With discretion and decision, they work with some freedom and under limited supervision using policies, plans and procedures to direct work activities.This eligibility provides a path to work in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, nightclubs, bars, caf\u00e9s, along with coffee shops.
