The Global Executive Masters in Human Resource Leadership is a highly selective and innovative program offered by the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, one of the top HR programs in the country. For the past 50 years, the SMLR faculty has delivered world-renowned research and teaching in the areas of strategic human resource management, global employment strategies, new approaches to worker involvement, and the transformation of work.

The Global EMHRL program is targeted at high potential HR talent on track to assume the senior HR leadership positions in the worlds leading corporations. Emphasizing HR leadership, it focuses on the external context of the firm, the role of HR in competitive organizations and the efficacy of the top HR position within the firm.

Perhaps the most unique element of the program is its global focus, embodied in the decision to offer the program in four two-week sessions throughout the year each at a different international location. Participants will get the chance to experience the global marketplace firsthand from the high growth economies of Eastern Asia, Southeast Asia, and South America to the financial capital of the world, New York City.
