This programme is for employees who wish to develop their managerial skills and enhance their career opportunities.
This is a conversion programme. Graduates of disciplines other than business and management are welcome to apply.
The programme starts with the fundamental of effective and efficient management, and progresses to in-depth studies of various management topics. It covers both local and global perspectives in the private and public sectors. It facilitates managers to keep up with the latest discussions and debates.
The programme emphasises:

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications, preferably with at least one year of relevant work experience.
- Applicants with other post-secondary qualifications, normally not under 27 years of age, who have been employed in industry, commerce or public administration for at least 6 years, of which 3 are in a managerial capacity, may also be considered.
- If you are not a native speaker of English, and your Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is awarded by institutions where the medium of instruction is not English, you are expected to fulfil the University's minimum English language requirement for admission purpose.
- Suitable candidates may be invited to attend admission interviews.
